1. About accel.li

accel.li is a network and proxy service operated by AccelMesh Networks (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”). The service provides edge behaviors such as caching, traffic filtering, and rate limiting in front of customer-controlled origins.

2. Accounts and tenants

• You are responsible for all activity in your account and your tenants.
• You must keep credentials secure and promptly notify us of suspected compromise.
• We may reserve or reclaim tenant slugs that are misleading, impersonating, or abusive.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Conduct unlawful activity (including malware, phishing, fraud, or unauthorized access attempts).
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.
• Bypass security controls or probe other tenants.

4. Abuse reports and enforcement

We accept abuse reports at [email protected]. We may take scoped action (rate limiting, blocking routes, or tenant suspension) when necessary to protect the platform, respond to valid legal process, or address clear abuse.

5. Data handling

We may process operational data (logs, metrics, configuration) necessary to provide the service. Details are described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Service availability

We strive for high availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation unless you have a separate SLA agreement. Maintenance windows and incidents may occur.

7. Fees and billing

Fees (if applicable) are described in your order form or subscription page. Non-payment may result in service suspension.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for your origin content, compliance obligations, and security posture.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
